NAS Guard consists of two parts: the NAS Guard Agent (running near your TrueNAS) and the NAS Guard iOS app (on your iPhone). This guide explains how to pair them and how the secure TrueNAS connection works.

Goal: Reliable alerts and live status, even with self-signed TrueNAS certificates.

Quick start (3 steps)

  1. Install and open the Agent Web UI.
  2. In the iOS app, create a pairing code.
  3. Enter the pairing code in the Agent UI to connect.
